Hi, I'm John
I'm John Vincent Mombay, an AI and digital transformation leader based in Manila, with more than 25 years in enterprise technology across petroleum, aviation, legal, healthcare and SaaS.
I don't just lead digital transformation. I build it. At Unioil I architected and proposed an AI operating model, delivered internal business applications using AI-assisted development, trained the IT team in AI, and helped build the IT PMO's standards and procedures. Before that I secured an estimated $4M five-year IT innovation program at Cebu Pacific, delivered what was then Asia Pacific's largest publicly accessible SharePoint deployment, coordinated the airline's IT recovery after Typhoon Ondoy, and founded Q-App, which reached 20,000 users in three months.
On my own time I build Business Pulse, my multi-agent AI platform, and write about enterprise AI for business leaders. I'm also a follower of Christ, and I write Faith & Journey for anyone going through a hard season.

Adoption is the real launch
Technology only counts when people use it. 95% adoption in 60 days mattered more to me than the migration itself.

What I'm focused on now
Building Business Pulse, working toward my PMP, Microsoft AI and Google AI certifications in 2026, and open to conversations about where I can lead enterprise AI and digital transformation next.
