What I collect
If you subscribe, comment or use the contact form, I store your name (for comments and messages) and your email address. Email addresses are encrypted at rest. IP addresses are stored only as one-way hashes, to prevent spam.
Why
To send the newsletters you chose, show your comment after review, and reply to your message. I never sell or share your data.
How long
Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days. Rejected and spam comments are deleted after 30 days. Contact messages are kept for 12 months.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Use the contact form and I'll handle it personally.
